Malabar Whistling Trush and Damsel Fly..

Some pics that I managed to process from the two outings I had in the past week..

Spent 2 days in Valparai photographing Lion Tailed Macaques.
LTMs seem to have little care for the presence of humans and even sat on top of my friend’s car. We also saw several Malabar Whistling Trush on a compound near a house where a old lady was cleaning her clothes. Maybe the wildlife there does not know how exclusive it is yet..
Endemic wildlife does not really have much of a choice as their territory has been encroached by humans and they have nowhere else to go. On a more positive note, we did see the LTMs with a few young ones and the group we saw was 88 in number, so some good news as well.
