Here is welcoming Today’s Special. The drummer, Sathwick A.K.A "Mama" is one of my close friends and together with his wife Shalini (Bass Guitarist),  Dhruv (lead guitarist) and Aditya (vocals) form an amazing team of musicians. They are very very talented and are now considered one of the best bands in Bangalore.

They will be performing at Whiplash in B.M.S College this Friday at Utsav 2009.

Had been to Sunday Jam on…err.. Sunday!

The event never properly took off because of the rain. A couple of bands played. A guy gave a solo performance which was awesome. The vocals, the guitar, everything was top draw.
I had been there partly coz one of my friends’ band “Today’s Special” regularly performs there and also I thought I may get good photos of some of the bands ( and my friends’ band) as well.

Since the event was a flop, we then decided to go to Purple Haze, sit down and catch up as it had been a while since we had all met. After a good meal at Casa Picolla we decided to call it a night.. and came back.
