i am gonna miss the Iron Maiden concert today, because I have to go with my mom somewhere. Its one of those situations where I have to choose between upsetting my mom or some of my friends. I dont like taking sides like that and regardless of what I do, one side will be upset and I dont like such a situation.
The worst part is living with the decision, in such cases you never feel you did the right thing by taking a side.. regardless of what you decide..
A lot of things have been keeping me busy. Work, a death in the family just to name a few. Looks like the whole busy period may continue through december.
I am looking forward to the Volvo Race stopover at Kochi and will probably visit on the 12th and 13th. If possible, I also plan to visit Thattekad while I am there. Lets see how things work out.
Must catch up with friends over the weekend!
Been down with flue since late Sunday evening. Have not been to work as well. So i’ve had some time to myself for the past 2 days. Am currently reading this book ‘Blink – The Power of thinking without thinking’. Also managed to watch some of my favorite movies again. Watched Shawshank Redemption, The Last Samurai. Also Broken Arrow got aired on Star Movies..and so watched that. Came to realize its been a very very long time since I actually saw a movie on TV.
Other than that, managed to watch Pink Floyd – The Wall again!. My cousin’s come to visit…so I have some company around the house and I dont get bugged all day. Also she brings me stuff like Mint, Strepsils etc when I want… 
Looking forward to some travel over the coming weeks. Am going to scale Kumaraparvatha this weekend, and also hoping to make a trip to Bhadra. Hopefully I would have bought a new Nikon D40 by then.
